So we repair any fault or failure with the specified equipment. Of course we cannot replace equipment which is beyond repair. But we do, wherever possible, work to ensure your costs are minimised.

For example, if you have to replace equipment, during the contract, and therefore have a manufacturer’s warranty or an extended warranty from Telemar, we will reduce our fee accordingly.

We also take care of most of the related management activities, carrying out annual performance surveys for such equipment as radios, batteries, AIS, SSAS, S-VDR etc. and ensure that your relevant certifications such as GMDSS are all up to date.
